table view goes upside when we using navigation bar

I try to add pull to refresh but table first 2 row goes upside.

I try to change content offset but not working if any solution then please tell me how can I solve this issue

i am using xib with the opaque navigation bar

I have the same issue. The solution is not to use pull to refresh from this library.
