CreateEvent: event "afs_timer_update" not registered still showing after setting the cvars correctly

I've set both cvars the way they should be and all the those afs events are still unregistered... what's the problem? The CreateEvent warnings show a few times after a client connects and then the server crashes according to #192 . I want my server to work :(
