Feature request: add Audit Logging support

Thanks for the great idea! It inspired me to reflect on the challenges I faced in the past and come up with a new idea.
Based on the concept of this project and its modular structure, do you think it would be a good idea to add an audit logging mechanism? In a financial project, I faced a challenge when deleting vouchers and having audit logging was essential to ensure data traceability and compliance.
If you think this is a good idea, I can start working on it and create a PR.
