PDF Output Not Retaining Original DOCX Fonts on Server (Embed feature seems not working)

Hi Resolver Team,

I’m facing an issue while converting a DOCX file to PDF. The fonts used in the DOCX are not being preserved during the conversion process.

According to the Aspose documentation, the PDF output should retain the same fonts as the original DOCX. However, this behavior is not occurring on our server environment.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

@HD9010 Usually, the such problems occur because the fonts used in your input document are not available on the machine where document is converted to PDF. The fonts are required to build document layout. If Aspose.Words cannot find the font used in the document, the font is substituted. This might lead into fonts mismatch and document layout differences due to the different fonts metrics. You can implement IWarningCallback to get notifications when font substitution is performed.
