Couple of token fields could become irrelevant

• first_owner
• value_created
• amount_created? this should be the sum of all balances for given token

Some changes

• The tokendecimal is not being used currently. Should this be used as an exponent for the token economic calculations.
• amount_created is real.

There are two ways to create tokens

1. First time itself the token's issued to first_owner; may have additional issuances to the same or other owners in future.
2. A token is created without a first owner and subsequently issued to specific owners.
   I agree however that the token table need not keep the first_owner since it doesn't serve any significant purpose.
   Value_created was expected to be relevant for fee payment. The idea was to have 0.1% or some such number of the value_created as fees. However, that may be impractical since there is no clear way to verify that. We will have to figure out some way to enforce fee payment, or maybe leave it to the market forces such that people choose to pay more to get priority etc. Similar to current chains.

amount_created is needed still. It is the sum of total token outstanding. All issued minus all burned. We should retain it.
amount_created should be integer.

tokendecimal should be used as exponent. Including the need for converting the amount_created into integer.

all transfers/creation etc are to be stated in terms of the total token amount including the decimal effect. Hence if decimal is 3 and we need to state 25 tokens, the transactions will mention 25000
