Question about dealing with repeated measurement

Thank you very much for this excellent work! I have a question regarding continuous traits such as lab and physical measurements. When repeated measurements are available for the same individual, what is the approach to derive a single value per person in the all by all table? Did we summarize the data (e.g., using the median) or instead use the most recent measurement?
