Would you know if there's a timeline showing when these GWAS might be re-run to reflect increased sample sizes?
Since conducting GWAS for asthma, for example, with case numbers of 2,770 (AMR), 9,838 (EUR) and 1,020 (AFR), the number of total (pre-QC, admittedly) cases seems to have grown considerably to 65,180 as of April 2025.
A timeline would help us decide whether to run new GWAS for some phenotypes of interest. Apologies if this is somewhere in the docs and I missed it!
