Add some more water sensors capabilities

If you want i can make a PR for this. While monitoring pool or more stuff it's needed to have capabilities like 👍 

measure_ph 
measure_orp
measure_dissolved_oxygen

Would be great i think that this capabilities are in the core, of course you can add it in an app but it makes sense for me seeing that allready water measurements are present here.
