Add API documentation using Swagger or OpenAPI

Currently there is no automatic documentation for the backend APIs.
Integrating Swagger will help developers and users explore endpoints,
understand request/response schemas, and test them interactively.

Tasks:

• Install Swagger or OpenAPI dependencies
• Add documentation for all existing routes
• Host docs at /api-docs or similar

I would like to work on this issue.
