Pod Install Not Installing Pod

When trying to install the pod for this package, pod install doesnt install it. How am I suppose to link this package?

pod 'ReactNativeBackgroundRemover', :path => '../node_modules/react-native-background-remover/ReactNativeBackgroundRemover.podspec'

Add this to the Podfile.
