Invalid position of the "docker handle" and "error panel" when [status-bar > Full-width] is set to OFF #198

Description

@UrsaDK

Prerequisites

Description of the issue

The docker panel appears below the status bar, and the docker handle overlaps the status bar when [Packages > status-bar > Full-width] is set to ON.

(We are using linter-ui-default to demonstrate the error in the screenshots bellow.)

  • Docker handle

docker-handle-err

  • Docker panel

error-pannel-err

What I expect to happen

I expect the docker handle for the panel and the panel itself to appear above the status bar, the same as it does when [Packages > status-bar > Full-width] is set to ON, eg:

  • Docker handle

docker-handle-ok

  • Docker pannel

error-panel-ok

Current setup (versions)

  • Atom version info (atom --version)
    Atom : 1.18.0
    Electron: 1.3.15
    Chrome : 52.0.2743.82
    Node : 6.5.0

  • status-bar 1.8.11

  • linter-ui-default version 1.6.2

  • OS
    macOS Sierra 10.12.5

  • Settings:

    • [Packages > status-bar > Full-width] is set to OFF

Additional information

This issue was originally submitter as steelbrain/linter-ui-default#346. However a comment on that ticket (by @Arcanemagus) suggests that the issue is originating else where.
