wbw to terra conversion for RGB rasters #10
Description
Since reading by terra and writing by wbw is very fast, maybe we can add memory argument to as_rast. For example, if as_rast(memory=FALSE), the conversion would happen by writing intermediate object on disk (w/o compression).
