Release Latest Version of owasp-security-logging with Recent Updates

This request aims to enhance the accessibility and usability of owasp-security-logging by publishing its artifacts on Maven Central. The release of the latest changes from the master branch will simplify integration, particularly for Spring Boot 3 projects, eliminating the need for manual builds.

I want to express my support for a new release of owasp-security-logging. Right now if someone wants to use this library they are likely going to be using versions of slf4j2 that have come out within the past year. I found if I do this and use the latest available release of owasp-security-logging (which is v 1.1.7) I get runtime errors related to breaking changes in the slf4j code for creating markers. I can see in the commit that @friedeas made on August 10, 2023 that this is resolved, so all that should be needed is a new release to maven.
