Description
Implement mapped inlets using MOOSE-style syntax with bulk quantities conserved through Postprocessor objects.
Context
The main purpose is to allow fully developed inlets to be used while have the bulk quantities determined from other MOOSE apps. This is particularly relevant for 1D thermal-hydraulic/CFD coupling - using a mapped inlet allow mass flow rates and bulk temperatures to be imposed while preventing entrance effects.
