Uploading a configuration file on Autolab does not work

Currently, if there is an existing configuration file, uploading a new configuration file does not work. This leads to issues when trying to configure the scoreboard. Issue likely lies in assessments_controller.rb, still need to reproduce the exact issue.

Validated that paths are unique and load/write is the same path -> could be worth finding out if f.write succeeds when writing to the path -> could be a permission error.
