Describe the bug
Installation fails to detect Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App 5.0.5 and tries to install Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App 5.0.1. The latter can't be installed because 5.0.5 is already present.
This results in a non descriptive error and the batch exits without working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App 5.0.5 installed on your machine
2. Run the batch

Expected behavior
Consider Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App 5.0.5 a valid version and go through with downloading the capture software.
