Formalize experimental features

In AZBS 5.1.3, we explicitly noted that the new styles introduced were experimental. We would like to formalize this a bit more to indicate to stakeholders what elements are experimental and should be used with caution.

Conditions of satisfaction

• Experimental elements are clearly marked with a label (like we do for Custom elements).
