@sisgandarli @smr3mdv we have to decide what name we will use for PyPI package. The naming convention is like GitHub repos. For example, azerbaijani-language-stemmer.
Let's propose multiple names and choose one of them.

The name you proposed is fine (azerbaijani-language-stemmer). It is better to create an organization (such as AzerbaijaniNLP) and port the code there,
