Framing issue

Hi,

When I ran easyflytracker on a single 6-well plate video, the framing worked perfectly fine. However when I ran a four 6-well plates video, the software change frame size of the video and cropped out the other three well plate. I think it is something to do with roi (region of interest)/undistortion().
