Encode output videos with h.264

The current encoding of videos is not H.264, which is compatible with a wide range of applications (including browsers). 
Is it possible to output with H.264 encoding instead of the current MPEG-4 Video? 
Right now, we have to manually do
```
ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -c:v libx264 output.mp4
```
