Add simulation history

Overview

Create Simulation History section on "Simulate" main page.
Being able to review previous simulator runs could empower users to try out multiple strategies and encourage engagement

Features

• Show summary tiles of previous simulation runs on the Simulate page
• Include primary run info so that the simulation doesn’t need to be rerun to know the results
• On tile click, re-populate simulation input strat info
• Tile has button for creating strategy (auto redirect and populate)
• Delete button to remove history tile
