I am running the code using 'binary.matrix' (binary data type) but I am unable to recreate the results as mentioned in the paper. With results, I mean the scatter plots that are saved, none of the epoch give correlation coefficient as 0.99. the highest I am getting is 0.92. Is there anything that I must be missing?
