Are there examples, or searchable text on docker's non-email 6 digit code, I can't seem to find it

docs stated that "If email is not configured, you can still sign in by finding the 6-character verification code in your Docker container's logs."

but I can't find em, wondering if i did somthing wrong, I run fizzy via coolify

After spending some time in the container, I have found the following:

$ podman exec systemd-fizzy sqlite3 ./storage/production.sqlite3 'select * from magic_links'

Replace, in the above excerpt, podman with docker and systemd-fizzy with whatever the container name is in your system. You will get the 6-character-long password / token directly from the "production" sqlite database.
