I am using the 'Markdown Extension Pack' to edit MD files from GIT. For Git I use the 'Git Graph' extension.
After making some changes to the file, I want to see the diffs before committing to the repo. However, also in the diff view, both the original and new md files are opened in preview mode, without any indication where/what the changes are. When selecting the 'edit in vscode' , I get a new window in text mode, outside of the 'diff view'.
I would request an option to disable the preview mode in the same window (pane), without opening a new pane.
I have tried to enable/disable the 'Preview' (little eye button), but that only changes the preview mode,
