committee email - ability to send from

not technically a BladesDB feature i guess, but is it possible to configure the mail server in a way that lets us send emails from the committee address other than to the preset member lists?

i'm thinking for things like site booking and responding to enquiries - currently we haveto respond form our personal email cc'ing the list which a) means that we're giving out our personal emails (i know they're visible to members anyway) and b) means that they usually end up replying directly rather than to the comittee address which means there's a risk of stuff not getting logged...

This is going to be somewhere down the line, I suspect - is the intention to have something built into the website, like the existing mailer forms, or just be a general email address?
