email notification when the files are failed after process

@ablwr it would be great that you can define "failure" for file a bit. It means it needed to be reported etc?

Anything that falls outside of the defined range of normality, either in the context of failing compared to the group at a specific percentage, or a frame within a file within the specific percentage. @dericed and @iamdamosuzuki may have thoughts too.
