Only enabled FPS & CPU Patch from SlashDiablo-Maphack(BH 1.9.9).
No configuration, just enabled these 2 option.
Much better mouse movement, no more cpu overutilization.

For installation you need PlugY to load extra dll. PlugY.ini file:
