Launching from KDE app menu throws "Launching ×× (Failed) The name is not activatable" for 2 flatpak apps

Describe the bug

On Nobara, Embellish or Sitra will open from Bazaar and the command line, but KDE throws the error Launching Embellish (Failed) The name is not activatable when I try to launch either from the KDE app menu. So far, these are the only 2 Iḿ having this problem with.

I do realize this may be a problem with Embellish and Sitra, and will be posting an issue on those as well. I just wanted to make sure I covered all bases.

Can you show what the desktop file is doing?
The only thing of interest here is the Exec= line

cat /var/lib/flatpak/app/io.github.getnf.embellish/current/active/export/share/applications/io.github.getnf.embellish.desktop

or with ~/.local/share/flatpak... if it's --user, which you seem to use as evident by bazaar and your remotes
