Two different progress indicators in the Downloads tab

In the downloads tab, ongoing transactions at the top use a horizontal bar, while in the installed section they use a ring/circle around the app icon. I think a single animation style would look better.

One idea I had in mind was that apps that needed updates could be listed at the top (an X Updates pending section), while at the bottom (an X Up-to-date section) only apps that are up to date. This avoids the need for a second animation altogether.

I think it would be a good idea to use the same progress indicator for both; the ring around the app icon is a more modern implementation and I think going with that for all progress indicators would make it consistent throughout bazaar.
