Describe the bug
When I look at my Library in Bazaar, some entries lack the trashcan icon for uninstalling them. Going on the pages proper for them, the button at the upper right says 'Install' instead of 'Open' and there's a notice further down that the app isn't installed, but still has data present.
When I attempt to click 'Install' on the apps Bazaar thinks aren't installed, I get a prompt with two radio buttons but the first one is completely blank and the 'all users' option is grayed out and not selectable.
After closing Bazaar after observing this bug, subsequent attempts to open it again are met with no response, and rebooting is the only way I've figured out how to be able to reopen it.
As far as my system outside of Bazaar is concerned, these apps still exist and can be opened and used just fine.
