Description: Estimates the conditional predictive distribution of one or
    more outcomes given a declared reference population, then places new
    observations within that distribution. Provides centiles, normal-score
    representations, tail probabilities, calibration diagnostics, site
    adaptation, and history-conditioned longitudinal forecasts. The package
    is CDF-first: Z-scores are derived representations of a full
    conditional distribution, not raw standardized residuals.
