Write API documentation for the Bundler

What?

Document our Bundler APIs, with focus on EPv0.7.0 endpoints.

Why?

• The bundler has multiple API versions (v1, v2, v3) and none of them have proper API documentation.
• Now with EPv0.7.0 it's particularly important, so we are all on the same page both internally (SDK <> Backend) and externally (for our clients).

How?

• Maybe OpenAPI like Cronos did it: https://cronos.org/swagger?network=mainnet. I'm not a fan of using OpenAPI for JSON-RPC APIs.
• Maybe https://spec.open-rpc.org/
• Maybe we just write it manually
• Or we develop some tool that will generate those docs from our code

Can we add swagger documentation for this instead of handwritten docs? They're a lot more useful

Yeah I used this: https://open-rpc.org/ it's like Swagger for JSON-RPCs.
