Self Building Factory: Science Block doesn't prioritize Science over Circuits

If you in-place upgrade the Science Block, the Red Science section gets starved by making Green Circuits. With a few output priority changes that can be fixed (see screenshot). Even without the upgrades, I still think that should be the priority in the early game since the thesis of this block is to make science first and the overflow goes to the network.

My ordering of priority for the copper plates was Red / Yellow Science > Red Circuits > Green Circuits > Train Overflow

Another priority, the Green Circuits should go to Red Circuits before Blue Circuits or else the Blue / Purple Science gets starved by the Yellow Science (and in general I want lower science to produce before higher science as it is used in more recipes)

After some more playing with it, I take back my Red prioritization. It suffers from the same problem that Green priority does, it feeds the trains and starves the blues. So I would suggest prioritizing from top to bottom, Science > Blue > Red > Green > Train.
