Beagle Bone Blue /dev/ttyO4 missing

/dev/ttyO4 is missing on ABI:1 LTS419 4.19.232-bone-rt-r75. Arducopter can't see the radio.

Running on the BeagleBone Blue.

To reproduce, pull latest, update kernel, look in /dev. No ttyO4.
