Self installed Olares cant discover the device on same lan

Ok so i have had a wave of issues, i have a preorder for olares one, and i wanted to install olares onto my framework desktop.

I have used the iso to install. and in the larepass android app it fails to discover the device, despite the wired conneciton and the wireless connection being part of the same vlan, i would presume this is using mdns?

I did try running the install script ontop of the install and specified my domain and id, it gave me a QR code in the website but the olares app would not scan it.

I have again wiped and re-installed from the ISO again.

I then thought i would install the olares windows app to see if i could discover it there. but it prompts for my mnemonic phrase which i enter, and when i then get the following error.

got to say that i am seriously reconsidering my pre-order as this looks to be really unworkable at the moment

additionally i cant even scan a code on https://space.olares.com using the larepass app on android

ok so i have uninstalled the android app. and re-installed now it sees the device. and its currently installing. will check to see if it will activate. but the desktop app still has issues

mine is doing this too with the win11 client. i can see it with the phone app, but won't get past 9%

During startup, the system performs an NTP time synchronization and then uses that time to issue certificates. The NTP sync runs asynchronously and usually completes very quickly, but in some cases it may be delayed. When that happens, a certificate may be issued with a future timestamp, which can cause the activation to fail.
Would you mind connecting a monitor and keyboard, logging into the OS using olares / olares, and then running:
sudo olares-cli uninstall
After that, could you please try activating the device again via LarePass?
