Hello Olares Team,

I need help with a non-destructive recovery of my LarePass / admin identity.

Current situation

My real superadmin account is:

mirclani@olares.com

I also have an old test account:

ikkedikke0@olares.com

I accidentally cleared the app data of LarePass on my phone.

After that, when I reopened LarePass, it only restored / showed my test account ("ikkedikke0"), not my real superadmin account ("mirclani").

Important details

  • My Olares is still running normally
  • I still have active browser/admin access to Olares as "mirclani"
  • In Olares Settings, under Devices, my phone is still listed as a trusted LarePass device
  • My phone still appears as an authorized device under "mirclani"
  • When I scan the Olares Space login QR, LarePass only tries to log in with "ikkedikke0", not "mirclani"
  • I do not want to reset, overwrite, or reinitialize my existing Olares ownership

What I need

I would like to know the safe recovery procedure to:

  1. Restore "mirclani" into LarePass without the mnemonic phrase, if possible
    OR
  2. Safely rebind / reconnect LarePass to the existing "mirclani" superadmin identity
    using my still-active browser/admin session and trusted phone device

What I want to avoid

Please let me know how to recover this without:

  • resetting Olares
  • overwriting ownership
  • activating a new admin
  • losing my current data / apps / configuration

  • device info
  • exported logs
