Bug: Unmatched Prompts

Problem description: "First, when I'm in the "solve" url the problem displays in two places. However, they do not match. It appears that the top one with the orange/brown background is the most updated version, while the bottom one across from "My Steps" was the original text prior to it being edited? We believe these two should match. This issue is in all of the questions, this is just one example."

It looks like there might be an update issue for the banner when a prompt is edited.
