Clear debt register when resolving debt

Steps to reproduce:

1. Withdraw until you accumulate debt
2. Deposit to make up debt
3. Calculate savings and should land a negative amount
4. BUG: Adds onto the debt in step 1, should not do this, fix should be setting the debt register to 0 when resolving debt.
