- Elaborate Readme to explain CSV file usages
- Build in error messaging and usage messaging to explain the input files expected
- Readme can explain pathing add General, and Budget to
PYTHONPATH - Readme can explain pathing add General, and Budget to
PYTHONPATH - Have a document describing the current state of the program. What things work, what doesn't. For example what does priority do right now, if anything? What does percent do if anything? etc...
- This is geared towards Python3 now
