Use PubMed downloads instead of searching against live site #4
Description
PubMed records (baseline and daily updates) are now available to download - currently the TrialsTracker code performs a search request on PubMed for each NCT ID.
For a future iteration of TrialsTracker it may be faster to download all the records and process them locally rather than doing individual search requests for each ClinicalTrials.gov NCT ID (currently ~250,000) we're interested in.
