Create a possibility map (if/when it makes sense)

Wireframe a possibility and decision map for LEOs who are considering exiting the LE system. Detect and tag pain points/conflict areas within the process and link to resources.

I am not sure if this is totally necessary or if a simple resource page would be all that is needed, but it could be a helpful option once we have the necessary information.
