Points on the web interface show up in the middle of the ocean

When you click on the OL map, it will find points in the middle of oceans but not on land masses. However, the visualization Amir did shows the points seem to correspond directly to land masses.

Hey,

The points returned aren't in lat/long, but pixels on the map from the top left. This is because it makes drawing the box drastically easier. From that, you can calculate the lat/long if needed.

I'm away from useful development environments for the day. I may be able to look it over tonight (I have a final exam tomorrow morning), but I can guarantee being able to look it over tomorrow afternoon-ish.

Also, what browser are you using? While I wouldn't accuse you of something so low, the UI I uploaded last night certainly would not work correctly on IE.

But seriously..

In order to make accurate lat/lon queries, we switched the static image with an OpenLayers map. Then there's a little bit math there to translate lat/lon to row/col and send the query to the server.

Your original code is in js/oldjs.js

It may be the case that the first line in the file is the bottom of the map. I assumed it was the top, but the images rendered upside down (once corrected for row/col bug)
