- 其他不可预见的损失。
上述风险完全由用户自行承担，开发者不承担任何责任。
严禁使用本软件进行以下行为：
2.1 违反中华人民共和国法律法规及您所在国家/地区法律法规的行为，包括但不限于：
- 侵犯他人知识产权、商业秘密、隐私权；
- 制作、传播恶意软件、病毒、木马等；
- 网络攻击、破坏计算机信息系统；
- 诈骗、赌博、洗钱等犯罪活动；
- 制作、传播违法信息或有害内容。
2.2 侵犯第三方合法权益的行为，包括但不限于：
- 破解、反编译、盗版软件或服务；
- 破坏、绕过软件或服务的安全机制；
- 自动化作弊、刷量、刷单、刷票等；
- 爬取、窃取用户数据或商业数据；
- 违反应用服务协议或用户协议。
2.3 破坏社会秩序、损害公共利益的行为。
如发现使用者从事上述禁止行为，开发者有权采取包括但不限于向执法机关举报、公开谴责、停止技术支持等措施。
在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对以下情况承担任何责任（包括但不限于）：
3.1 数据损失：使用本软件导致的任何数据丢失、损坏、泄露。
3.2 设备损坏：使用本软件导致的设备硬件损坏、系统崩溃、软件故障。
3.3 经济损失：直接或间接的经济损失，包括但不限于：
- 设备维修或更换费用；
- 数据恢复费用；
- 因无法使用设备或软件导致的收入损失；
- 因违规使用导致的罚款、赔偿金；
- 任何第三方索赔。
3.4 账户风险：因使用本软件导致的账号被封禁、限制、处罚等后果。
3.5 安全风险：因使用本软件导致的设备安全漏洞、恶意软件感染、隐私泄露等。
3.6 兼容性问题：本软件可能与某些设备、系统版本或应用不兼容，开发者不保证在所有环境下正常运行。
3.7 第三方服务：本软件可能依赖第三方服务，开发者不对第三方服务的可用性、合法性、安全性负责。
3.8 误操作：用户操作不当、配置错误、未按文档说明使用等导致的任何问题。
3.9 不可抗力：因自然灾害、战争、罢工、网络攻击、电力故障、政策变更等不可抗力导致的任何损失。
4.1 本软件采用 GNU General Public License (GPL) 开源协议发布。
4.2 您可以自由使用、复制、修改、合并、出版发行、散布、再授权本软件，但必须：

7.1 本免责声明的解释、效力及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（不包括冲突法规则）。

If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, please immediately stop using the Software and delete all downloaded software and related files.
1.1 The Software is open-source and free software provided for learning, research, and legitimate purposes only. The developer makes no express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, availability, or security of the Software.
1.2 Users bear full responsibility. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for all consequences of your use of the Software, and the developer shall not be liable;
- You shall comply with the laws and regulations of your country/region and shall not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- You shall respect others' privacy rights, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights, and shall not use the Software to infringe upon others' legitimate rights;

Users assume all above risks entirely. The developer assumes no liability.
It is strictly prohibited to use the Software for the following purposes:
2.1 Violations of the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and your country/region, including but not limited to:
- Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or privacy rights;
- Creating or distributing malware, viruses, Trojans, etc.;
- Cyberattacks or destruction of computer information systems;
- Fraud, gambling, money laundering, or other criminal activities;
- Creating or distributing illegal information or harmful content.
2.2 Infringement upon third-party legitimate rights, including but not limited to:
- Cracking, reverse engineering, or pirating software or services;
- Bypassing or destroying security mechanisms of software or services;
- Automated cheating, fake traffic, fake orders, vote manipulation, etc.;
- Scraping or stealing user data or commercial data;
- Violating application service agreements or user agreements.
2.3 Disrupting social order or harming public interests.
If prohibited uses are discovered, the developer reserves the right to take measures including but not limited to reporting to law enforcement, public condemnation, and terminating technical support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for the following situations (including but not limited to):
3.1 Data Loss: Any data loss, corruption, or leakage resulting from the use of the Software.
3.2 Equipment Damage: Device hardware damage, system crashes, or software failures resulting from the use of the Software.
3.3 Economic Loss: Direct or indirect economic losses, including but not limited to:
- Equipment repair or replacement costs;
- Data recovery costs;
- Loss of income due to inability to use equipment or software;
- Fines or compensation resulting from unauthorized use;
- Any third-party claims.
3.4 Account Risks: Consequences such as account bans, restrictions, or penalties resulting from the use of the Software.
3.5 Security Risks: Device security vulnerabilities, malware infections, or privacy breaches resulting from the use of the Software.
3.6 Compatibility Issues: The Software may not be compatible with certain devices, system versions, or applications, and the developer does not guarantee proper operation in all environments.
3.7 Third-Party Services: The Software may rely on third-party services, and the developer is not responsible for the availability, legality, or security of third-party services.
3.8 Operational Errors: Any problems resulting from user misuse, configuration errors, or failure to follow documentation instructions.
3.9 Force Majeure: Any losses due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, cyberattacks, power failures, or policy changes.
4.1 The Software is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
4.2 You may freely use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense the Software, provided that:
- Include the original copyright notice and this license notice in copies;
- Modified works must also be open-sourced under the GPL license;
- Clearly mark your modifications.
