Improve Error Output

Currently, trying to reinitialize a shell shows an error:

```
hermit: error: Git2 error: attempt to reinitialize '/home/geoff/prog/rust/hermit/shells/default'; class=Repository (6); code=Exists (-4)
```

This is... not friendly.  We can do better.
