Hi Gemelli team,
I am developing a correlation/multi-omics analysis app called Corromics. I have added joint-RPCA as one of the available analysis methods for users, alongside methods such as Pearson and Spearman correlation.
Most of the app can be packaged as a standalone Windows .exe, but including joint-RPCA/Gemelli is difficult because the Gemelli dependency stack does not appear to be easily available as a native Windows/win-64 installation.
I wanted to ask whether native Windows support for Gemelli is planned or could be considered. This would make it much easier to build standalone Windows .exe that include Gemelli-based functionality.
For now, I am considering supporting joint-RPCA only through WSL/Linux, but I wanted to ask if there is a recommended Windows-compatible route.
Thank you.
