Mediator awarding reputation to sellers

We could use the human judgement of the moderator about the behavior of the seller they see when reading the chat history in a mediation case as source for reputation.

If the mediator see that the seller acted as expected (be helpful, friendly, supportive) then they could rate that and publish that feedback. On the contrary a badly behaving seller could get a negative feedback (not that clear how well that plays into the reputation system as it is build on positive scores).

We could use that as well for the buyer but that might have less relevance.

The issue with that idea is that it would create incentive to open mediation cases to get the chance to earn reputation. Also self trades would be an easy way to game that system.
Negative feedback would not suffer from that, but could be abused to reduce reputation of a competitor to try to provoke them. But negative reputation is not part of the current reputation system and I think banning a misbehaving trader in severe cases is a stronger feature.
