+I built a platform that unifies and automates everything — from a donated old device through quality control to the public shop window, plus the entire internal operation. Revamp-IT decided not to come along on that path and is staying with the existing systems: a Joomla website, a separate Shopware shop, and Kivitendo, an ERP written in Perl with no real interface. That is the association's decision. I am convinced that the automated path is the better one — and I am carrying it forward independently with **evig**.

+This post is the honest comparison. Not a swipe, but a side-by-side: **what was**, **what I built**, and **where it's going.**
+
+## What was: three systems that stay silent
+
+Over the years, three separate legacy systems had grown up at Revamp-IT, each with its own purpose and its own data:
+
+- The **Joomla website** at `revamp-it.ch` — the public face, but static and cut off from the rest.
+- The **Shopware shop** at `shop.revamp-it.ch` — the sale of refurbished devices, a universe of its own.
+- The **Kivitendo ERP** — accounting and inventory, written in Perl, walled off and without a usable API.
+
+These three didn't talk to each other. A device that was logged, tested, put into storage and sold had to be typed in again by hand at every station. Data travelled from silo to silo by copying — with all the errors that manual transfer brings. And because Kivitendo has no real interface, every attempt at automation ends at the same wall: you go looking for an API that simply doesn't exist, or you laboriously mimic a browser just to get data in and out at all.
+
+The repairing was never the problem. The organisation behind it was.
+
+## What I built: a platform, public and internal at once
+
+Instead of continuing to hold three legacy systems together with sticky tape, I built a single, coherent platform. It covers both worlds — the **public side**, where the community browses, buys and seeks help, and the **internal side**, where devices are logged, tested and published, time is tracked and the operation is coordinated. Both share the same data foundation. A device is logged **once** and travels automatically from there all the way to the shop window.

+- **Marketplace** — refurbished devices and private peer-to-peer trade in one place. One shopping cart, one checkout, payment via Payrexx with an escrow function.
+- **IT help** — a two-sided network that connects repair needs with technicians. Every repair is one device less in the waste.
+- **Services** — «Build your computer», Linux installation and advice, proper recycling.
+- **Device intake** — AI-assisted logging takes in photos and key details and suggests a category and data; categories that require testing go through a structured quality check with a checklist and the four-eyes principle; bulk logging and CSV import for larger quantities.
+- **Time tracking, teams and Hirn** — balance, report and approval flow for the operation; a team structure that shows who is working on what; and «Hirn», a RAG-based AI assistant that answers from the organisation's own knowledge.
+- **CO₂ impact** — every figure with its derivation disclosed (ADEME factors, cross-checked against Fraunhofer and the ZHAW), on a dedicated transparency page. Proven, not claimed.

+## The direct comparison
+

+More important than any single technology is the principle behind it: **a single source of truth** for every piece of information. Exactly what the three legacy systems lacked.
+
+## The scale
+
+Out of «three systems that stay silent» has come a platform of considerable depth (as of July 2026):
+

+Under the hood: **Next.js 16** with **TypeScript**, data in **PostgreSQL** via the ORM **Drizzle** (types derived directly from the schema), sign-in with **NextAuth v5**, search with **Meilisearch**, payments via **Payrexx**, images on **Cloudflare R2**. A modern, deliberately chosen stack — not a Perl ERP on which every automation fails.
+
+## Where it's going
+
+The platform is not the goal but the foundation. evig goes one step beyond the circular economy — towards **access to intelligence for everyone**. Here is the roadmap:
+
+- **Affordable AI on modest hardware.** A refurbished laptop is not only the greener choice but the cheapest on-ramp to artificial intelligence there is. We are researching and showing how capable AI runs on second-life devices.
+- **Robotics as the next step.** Embodied intelligence — robots that take real work off a life and give time back. Humanoids are barely sold new today and not yet used at all; evig wants to be the first place to offer them properly: complete, tested, proven for a real purpose — and with the knowledge to use them.
+- **New ways to afford intelligence.** Alongside outright purchase: subscription crowdfunding and community financing, shared subscription pools (splitting the running costs of AI instead of bearing them alone), direct support without middlemen.
+- **Research, conducted openly.** evig doesn't only sell and repair — it investigates: affordable AI, open robotics, repair, sovereignty over one's own tools. And it publishes what it finds. Knowledge in circulation is the same idea as hardware in circulation.
+
+That is the difference between «good enough, the way it was» and «as far as it can go». I built the foundation because I want to take this path — fast, independent and beyond Zurich.
+
+## Conclusion
+
+Where three legacy systems ran side by side and data was carried across the gaps by hand, there now stands a coherent, automated platform. It was there, working and verifiable. Revamp-IT chose the familiar path — that is their good right, and the work they have done since 2003 remains valuable. I chose the other: to unify everything, to automate as much as possible, and to aim the foundation at the age of intelligence.

+Construí una plataforma que unifica y automatiza todo: desde el aparato viejo donado, pasando por el control de calidad, hasta el escaparate público, además de toda la operación interna. Revamp-IT decidió no acompañar ese camino y se queda con los sistemas existentes: un sitio web Joomla, una tienda Shopware separada y Kivitendo, un ERP escrito en Perl sin una interfaz real. Es la decisión de la asociación. Estoy convencido de que la vía automatizada es la mejor, y la sigo de forma independiente con **evig**.
+
+Esta entrada es la comparación honesta. No una crítica gratuita, sino una puesta en paralelo: **lo que había**, **lo que construí** y **hacia dónde va.**
+
+## Lo que había: tres sistemas que callan
+
+A lo largo de los años, en Revamp-IT habían crecido tres sistemas heredados separados, cada uno con su propio propósito y sus propios datos:
+
+- El **sitio web Joomla** en `revamp-it.ch`: la cara pública, pero estática y desconectada del resto.
+- La **tienda Shopware** en `shop.revamp-it.ch`: la venta de aparatos reacondicionados, un universo propio.
+- El **ERP Kivitendo**: contabilidad e inventario, escrito en Perl, aislado y sin una API utilizable.
+
+Esos tres no se hablaban entre sí. Un aparato que se registraba, se probaba, se almacenaba y se vendía había que teclearlo de nuevo a mano en cada estación. Los datos viajaban de un silo a otro por copia, con todos los errores que trae la transferencia manual. Y como Kivitendo no tiene una interfaz real, todo intento de automatización termina en el mismo muro: se busca una API que sencillamente no existe, o se imita penosamente un navegador solo para conseguir meter y sacar datos.
+
+Reparar nunca fue el problema. La organización detrás sí lo era.
+
+## Lo que construí: una plataforma, pública e interna a la vez
+
+En lugar de seguir sujetando tres sistemas heredados con cinta adhesiva, construí una única plataforma coherente. Cubre ambos mundos: el **lado público**, donde la comunidad navega, compra y busca ayuda, y el **lado interno**, donde se registran, se prueban y se publican los aparatos, se registra el tiempo y se coordina la operación. Ambos comparten la misma base de datos. Un aparato se registra **una sola vez** y viaja desde ahí automáticamente hasta el escaparate.

+- **Ayuda informática**: una red de dos caras que conecta las necesidades de reparación con las técnicas y los técnicos. Cada reparación es un aparato menos en la basura.
+- **Servicios**: «Construye tu ordenador», instalación y asesoramiento de Linux, reciclaje conforme a las reglas del oficio.
+- **Recepción de aparatos**: el registro asistido por IA capta las fotos y los datos clave y propone una categoría y datos; las categorías sujetas a control pasan por un control de calidad estructurado con lista de verificación y principio de los cuatro ojos; registro en masa e importación por CSV para grandes cantidades.
+- **Registro de tiempos, equipos y Hirn**: saldo, informe y flujo de aprobación para la operación; una estructura de equipos que muestra quién trabaja en qué; y «Hirn», un asistente de IA basado en RAG que responde a partir del propio conocimiento de la organización.
+- **Impacto de CO₂**: cada cifra con su derivación revelada (factores de ADEME, contrastados con Fraunhofer y la ZHAW), en una página de transparencia dedicada. Demostrado, no afirmado.

+## La comparación directa

+Más importante que cada tecnología por separado es el principio que hay detrás: **una única fuente de verdad** para cada información. Justo lo que les faltaba a los tres sistemas heredados.
+
+## El orden de magnitud
+
+De «tres sistemas que callan» ha surgido una plataforma de considerable profundidad (a julio de 2026):

Una pila moderna y elegida a conciencia, no un ERP en Perl en el que toda automatización fracasa.

+## Hacia dónde va
+
+La plataforma no es el objetivo, sino el cimiento. evig da un paso más allá de la economía circular: hacia el **acceso a la inteligencia para todos**. Esta es la hoja de ruta:
+
+- **IA asequible en hardware modesto.** Un portátil reacondicionado no solo es la opción más ecológica, sino la rampa de acceso más barata que existe a la inteligencia artificial. Investigamos y mostramos cómo una IA capaz funciona en aparatos de segunda vida.
+- **La robótica como siguiente paso.** Inteligencia encarnada: robots que quitan trabajo real a una vida y devuelven tiempo. Los humanoides apenas se venden nuevos hoy y todavía no se usan; evig quiere ser el primer lugar en ofrecerlos como es debido: completos, probados, justificados para un fin real, y con el conocimiento para usarlos.
+- **Nuevas formas de costearse la inteligencia.** Junto a la compra directa: micromecenazgo por suscripción y financiación comunitaria, fondos de suscripción compartidos (repartir los costes recurrentes de la IA en lugar de cargarlos solo), apoyo directo sin intermediarios.
+- **Investigación llevada de forma abierta.** evig no solo vende y repara: investiga: IA asequible, robótica abierta, reparación, soberanía sobre las propias herramientas. Y publica lo que encuentra. El conocimiento en circulación es la misma idea que el hardware en circulación.
+
+Esa es la diferencia entre «suficientemente bueno, como estaba» y «tan lejos como pueda llegar». Construí el cimiento porque quiero recorrer este camino: rápido, de forma independiente y más allá de Zúrich.
+
+## Conclusión
+
+Donde tres sistemas heredados corrían uno al lado del otro y los datos se llevaban a mano por encima de las zanjas, hoy se levanta una plataforma coherente y automatizada. Estaba ahí, funcionando y verificable. Revamp-IT eligió el camino conocido: es su pleno derecho, y el trabajo que realiza desde 2003 sigue siendo valioso. Yo elegí el otro: unificarlo todo, automatizar tanto como sea posible y orientar el cimiento hacia la era de la inteligencia.

+J'ai construit une plateforme qui unifie et automatise tout — de l'appareil ancien donné, en passant par le contrôle qualité, jusqu'à la vitrine publique, ainsi que toute l'exploitation interne. Revamp-IT a décidé de ne pas emprunter ce chemin et reste sur les systèmes existants : un site Joomla, une boutique Shopware séparée, et Kivitendo, un ERP écrit en Perl sans véritable interface. C'est la décision de l'association. Je suis convaincu que la voie automatisée est la meilleure — et je la poursuis de façon indépendante avec **evig**.
+
+Ce billet est la comparaison honnête. Non pas une attaque, mais une mise en parallèle : **ce qui était**, **ce que j'ai construit** et **où cela va.**
+
+## Ce qui était : trois systèmes qui se taisent
+
+Au fil des années, trois anciens systèmes séparés avaient poussé chez Revamp-IT, chacun avec sa propre finalité et ses propres données :
+
+- Le **site Joomla** sur `revamp-it.ch` — le visage public, mais statique et coupé du reste.
+- La **boutique Shopware** sur `shop.revamp-it.ch` — la vente d'appareils reconditionnés, un univers à part entière.
+- L'**ERP Kivitendo** — comptabilité et stock, écrit en Perl, cloisonné et sans API utilisable.
+
+Ces trois-là ne se parlaient pas. Un appareil enregistré, contrôlé, stocké puis vendu devait être ressaisi à la main à chaque étape. Les données passaient d'un silo à l'autre par recopie — avec toutes les erreurs qu'entraîne un transfert manuel. Et comme Kivitendo n'a pas de véritable interface, chaque tentative d'automatisation se heurte au même mur : on cherche une API qui n'existe tout simplement pas, ou l'on imite péniblement un navigateur juste pour parvenir à faire entrer et sortir des données.
+
+Réparer n'a jamais été le problème. L'organisation derrière l'était.
+
+## Ce que j'ai construit : une plateforme, publique et interne à la fois
+
+Au lieu de continuer à maintenir trois anciens systèmes collés au ruban adhésif, j'ai construit une seule plateforme cohérente. Elle couvre les deux mondes — le **côté public**, où la communauté parcourt, achète et cherche de l'aide, et le **côté interne**, où les appareils sont enregistrés, contrôlés et publiés, le temps saisi et l'exploitation coordonnée. Les deux partagent la même base de données. Un appareil est enregistré **une seule fois** et voyage de là automatiquement jusqu'à la vitrine.

+Plus important que chaque technologie prise isolément, c'est le principe qui la sous-tend : **une source unique de vérité** pour chaque information. Précisément ce qui manquait aux trois anciens systèmes.

+## L'ordre de grandeur
+
+De «trois systèmes qui se taisent» est née une plateforme d'une profondeur considérable (état juillet 2026) :

+
+La plateforme n'est pas le but, mais le fondement. evig va un pas plus loin que l'économie circulaire — vers l'**accès à l'intelligence pour tous**. Voici la feuille de route :

+- **Une IA abordable sur du matériel modeste.** Un ordinateur portable reconditionné n'est pas seulement le choix le plus vert, mais la rampe d'accès la moins chère qui soit à l'intelligence artificielle. Nous explorons et montrons comment une IA performante tourne sur des appareils de seconde vie.
+- **La robotique comme étape suivante.** L'intelligence incarnée — des robots qui déchargent une vie d'un vrai travail et rendent du temps. Les humanoïdes ne se vendent guère neufs aujourd'hui et ne sont pas encore utilisés ; evig veut être le premier endroit à les proposer comme il faut : complets, contrôlés, justifiés pour un usage réel — et avec le savoir pour s'en servir.
+- **De nouvelles manières de s'offrir l'intelligence.** À côté de l'achat direct : financement participatif par abonnement et financement communautaire, pools d'abonnements partagés (partager les coûts courants de l'IA au lieu de les porter seul), soutien direct sans intermédiaire.
+- **Une recherche menée ouvertement.** evig ne se contente pas de vendre et de réparer — il enquête : IA abordable, robotique ouverte, réparation, souveraineté sur ses propres outils. Et il publie ce qu'il trouve. Le savoir en circulation, c'est la même idée que le matériel en circulation.
+
+Voilà la différence entre «assez bon, comme c'était» et «aussi loin que cela peut aller». J'ai construit le fondement parce que je veux emprunter ce chemin — vite, de façon indépendante et au-delà de Zurich.
+
+## Conclusion
+
+Là où trois anciens systèmes tournaient côte à côte et où les données étaient portées à la main par-dessus les fossés se dresse aujourd'hui une plateforme cohérente et automatisée. +Ho costruito una piattaforma che unifica e automatizza tutto: dall'apparecchio usato donato, passando per il controllo qualità, fino alla vetrina pubblica, oltre a tutta l'operatività interna. Revamp-IT ha deciso di non percorrere questa strada e resta con i sistemi esistenti: un sito Joomla, un negozio Shopware separato e Kivitendo, un ERP scritto in Perl senza una vera interfaccia. È la decisione dell'associazione. Sono convinto che la via automatizzata sia la migliore, e la proseguo in modo indipendente con **evig**.
+
+Questo articolo è il confronto onesto. Non un attacco, ma un affiancamento: **com'era**, **cosa ho costruito** e **dove sta andando.**
+
+## Com'era: tre sistemi che tacciono
+
+Nel corso degli anni, in Revamp-IT erano cresciuti tre sistemi legacy separati, ognuno con il proprio scopo e i propri dati:
+
+- Il **sito Joomla** su `revamp-it.ch` — il volto pubblico, ma statico e scollegato dal resto.
+- Il **negozio Shopware** su `shop.revamp-it.ch` — la vendita di apparecchi ricondizionati, un universo a sé.
+- L'**ERP Kivitendo** — contabilità e magazzino, scritto in Perl, isolato e senza un'API utilizzabile.
+
+Questi tre non si parlavano. Un apparecchio registrato, controllato, messo a magazzino e venduto doveva essere ridigitato a mano a ogni stazione. I dati passavano da un silo all'altro per copia, con tutti gli errori che comporta il trasferimento manuale. E poiché Kivitendo non ha una vera interfaccia, ogni tentativo di automazione finisce contro lo stesso muro: si cerca un'API che semplicemente non esiste, oppure si imita faticosamente un browser solo per riuscire a far entrare e uscire i dati.

+Riparare non è mai stato il problema. Lo era l'organizzazione dietro.
+
+## Cosa ho costruito: una piattaforma, pubblica e interna al tempo stesso
+
+Invece di continuare a tenere insieme tre sistemi legacy con il nastro adesivo, ho costruito un'unica piattaforma coerente. Copre entrambi i mondi: il **lato pubblico**, dove la comunità sfoglia, acquista e cerca aiuto, e il **lato interno**, dove gli apparecchi vengono registrati, controllati e pubblicati, il tempo viene rilevato e l'operatività coordinata. Entrambi condividono la stessa base di dati. Un apparecchio viene registrato **una sola volta** e da lì viaggia automaticamente fino alla vetrina.

+- **Marketplace** — apparecchi ricondizionati e commercio privato peer-to-peer in un unico luogo. Un carrello, un checkout, pagamento tramite Payrexx con funzione di deposito a garanzia.
+- **Aiuto informatico** — una rete a due lati che collega le esigenze di riparazione con le tecniche e i tecnici. Ogni riparazione è un apparecchio in meno tra i rifiuti.
+- **Servizi** — «Costruisci il tuo computer», installazione e consulenza Linux, riciclaggio a regola d'arte.
+- **Accettazione apparecchi** — la registrazione assistita dall'IA acquisisce foto e dati essenziali e propone una categoria e i dati; le categorie soggette a controllo passano per un controllo qualità strutturato con lista di verifica e principio dei quattro occhi; registrazione in blocco e importazione CSV per le grandi quantità.
+- **Rilevazione tempi, team e Hirn** — saldo, rapporto e flusso di approvazione per l'operatività; una struttura di team che mostra chi lavora su cosa; e «Hirn», un assistente IA basato su RAG che risponde a partire dalla conoscenza propria dell'organizzazione.
+- **Impatto CO₂** — ogni cifra con la sua derivazione resa nota (fattori ADEME, verificati con Fraunhofer e la ZHAW), su una pagina di trasparenza dedicata. Dimostrato, non affermato.

+## Il confronto diretto
+

+Più importante di ogni singola tecnologia è il principio che vi sta dietro: **un'unica fonte di verità** per ogni informazione. Esattamente ciò che mancava ai tre sistemi legacy.
+
+## L'ordine di grandezza
+
+Da «tre sistemi che tacciono» è nata una piattaforma di notevole profondità (situazione a luglio 2026):
+

+Sotto il cofano: **Next.js 16** con **TypeScript**, i dati in **PostgreSQL** tramite l'ORM **Drizzle** (tipi derivati direttamente dallo schema), accesso con **NextAuth v5**, ricerca con **Meilisearch**, pagamenti tramite **Payrexx**, immagini su **Cloudflare R2**. Uno stack moderno e scelto consapevolmente, non un ERP in Perl su cui ogni automazione fallisce.
+
+## Dove sta andando
+
+La piattaforma non è il traguardo, ma il fondamento. evig va un passo oltre l'economia circolare: verso l'**accesso all'intelligenza per tutti**. Ecco la roadmap:
+
+- **IA accessibile su hardware modesto.** Un portatile ricondizionato non è solo la scelta più verde, ma la rampa d'accesso più economica che esista all'intelligenza artificiale. Esploriamo e mostriamo come un'IA capace giri su apparecchi di seconda vita.
+- **La robotica come passo successivo.** Intelligenza incarnata: robot che tolgono lavoro reale a una vita e restituiscono tempo. Gli umanoidi oggi si vendono a malapena nuovi e non sono ancora usati; evig vuole essere il primo luogo a offrirli come si deve: completi, controllati, giustificati per uno scopo reale, e con la conoscenza per usarli.
+- **Nuovi modi per permettersi l'intelligenza.** Accanto all'acquisto diretto: crowdfunding in abbonamento e finanziamento comunitario, pool di abbonamenti condivisi (dividere i costi correnti dell'IA invece di sostenerli da soli), sostegno diretto senza intermediari.
+- **Ricerca condotta apertamente.** evig non si limita a vendere e riparare: indaga: IA accessibile, robotica aperta, riparazione, sovranità sui propri strumenti. E pubblica ciò che trova. La conoscenza in circolo è la stessa idea dell'hardware in circolo.
+
+Questa è la differenza tra «abbastanza buono, com'era» e «fin dove può arrivare». Ho costruito il fondamento perché voglio percorrere questa strada: veloce, in modo indipendente e oltre Zurigo.
+
+## Conclusione
+
+Dove tre sistemi legacy giravano l'uno accanto all'altro e i dati venivano portati a mano oltre i fossati, oggi sorge una piattaforma coerente e automatizzata. C'era, funzionante e verificabile. Revamp-IT ha scelto la via nota: è un suo pieno diritto, e il lavoro che svolge dal 2003 resta prezioso. Io ho scelto l'altra: unificare tutto, automatizzare il più possibile e orientare il fondamento all'era dell'intelligenza.

+## 何があったか：黙り込んだ三つのシステム
+

+この三つは互いに口をききませんでした。登録され、検査され、保管され、販売される機器は、どの工程でも手で打ち直さなければなりませんでした。データはコピーによって溝を越えて渡り歩き——手作業の転記がもたらすあらゆる誤りを伴っていました。そして Kivitendo には本当のインターフェースがないため、あらゆる自動化の試みは同じ壁にぶつかって終わります。存在しないAPIを探すか、そもそもデータを出し入れするためだけに苦労してブラウザをまねるかです。

+## 私が何をつくったか：公開と内部を同時に担うプラットフォーム
+
+三つの旧システムをガムテープで貼り合わせて保たせ続ける代わりに、私は一つのまとまったプラットフォームをつくりました。それは両方の世界をカバーします——コミュニティが見て回り、購入し、助けを求める**公開の側**と、機器を登録し、検査し、公開し、時間を記録し、業務を調整する**内部の側**です。両者は同じデータ基盤を共有します。機器は**一度だけ**登録され、そこから自動的にショーウィンドウまで渡っていきます。

+Ich habe eine Plattform gebaut, die alles vereint und automatisiert — vom gespendeten Altgerät über die Qualitätskontrolle bis ins öffentliche Schaufenster, dazu den ganzen internen Betrieb. Revamp-IT hat sich entschieden, diesen Weg nicht mitzugehen, und bleibt bei den bestehenden Systemen: einer Joomla-Website, einem separaten Shopware-Shop und Kivitendo, einem ERP in Perl ohne echte Schnittstelle. Das ist die Entscheidung des Vereins. Ich bin überzeugt, dass der automatisierte Weg der bessere ist — und gehe ihn mit **evig** eigenständig weiter.

+Dieser Beitrag ist der ehrliche Vergleich. Kein Nachtreten, sondern ein Nebeneinander: **was war**, **was ich gebaut habe** und **wohin es geht.**
+
+## Was war: drei Systeme, die schweigen
+
+Über die Jahre waren bei Revamp-IT drei getrennte Alt-Systeme gewachsen, jedes mit eigenem Zweck und eigener Datenhaltung:
+
+- Die **Joomla-Website** auf `revamp-it.ch` — das öffentliche Gesicht, aber statisch und vom Rest abgekoppelt.
+- Der **Shopware-Shop** auf `shop.revamp-it.ch` — der Verkauf refurbishter Geräte, ein eigenes Universum.
+- Das **Kivitendo-ERP** — Buchhaltung und Lager, in Perl geschrieben, abgeschottet und ohne brauchbare API.
+
+Diese drei sprachen nicht miteinander. Ein Gerät, das erfasst, geprüft, eingelagert und verkauft wurde, musste an jeder Station von Hand neu eingetippt werden. Daten wanderten per Kopie über die Gräben — mit allen Fehlern, die manuelles Übertragen mit sich bringt. Und weil Kivitendo keine echte Schnittstelle hat, endet jeder Automatisierungsversuch an derselben Wand: Man sucht nach einer API, die es schlicht nicht gibt, oder ahmt mühsam einen Browser nach, um überhaupt Daten hinein- und herauszubekommen.

+Das Reparieren war nie das Problem. Die Organisation dahinter war es.
+
+## Was ich gebaut habe: eine Plattform, öffentlich und intern zugleich
+
+Statt drei Alt-Systeme weiter mit Klebeband zusammenzuhalten, habe ich eine einzige, zusammenhängende Plattform gebaut. Sie deckt beide Welten ab — die **öffentliche Seite**, auf der die Community stöbert, kauft und Hilfe sucht, und die **interne Seite**, auf der Geräte erfasst, geprüft und publiziert werden, Zeit erfasst und der Betrieb koordiniert wird. Beide teilen dieselbe Datengrundlage. Ein Gerät wird **einmal** erfasst und wandert von dort automatisch bis ins Schaufenster.

+- **Marktplatz** — refurbishte Geräte und privater Peer-to-Peer-Handel an einem Ort. Ein Warenkorb, ein Checkout, Zahlung über Payrexx mit Treuhand-Funktion.
+- **IT-Hilfe** — ein zweiseitiges Netzwerk, das Reparaturbedarf mit Technikerinnen und Technikern verbindet. Jede Reparatur ist ein Gerät weniger im Abfall.
+- **Dienstleistungen** — «Bau deinen Computer», Linux-Installation und -Beratung, fachgerechtes Recycling.
+- **Geräte-Eingang** — KI-gestützte Erfassung nimmt Fotos und Eckdaten auf und schlägt Kategorie und Daten vor; prüfpflichtige Kategorien durchlaufen eine strukturierte Qualitätskontrolle mit Checkliste und Vier-Augen-Prinzip; Bulk-Erfassung und CSV-Import für Mengen.

+Wichtiger als jede einzelne Technologie ist das Prinzip dahinter: **eine einzige Quelle der Wahrheit** für jede Information. Genau das, was den drei Alt-Systemen gefehlt hat.

+## Die Grössenordnung
+
+Aus «drei Systeme, die schweigen» ist eine Plattform mit beträchtlicher Tiefe geworden (Stand Juli 2026):

+## Wohin es geht
+
+Die Plattform ist nicht das Ziel, sondern das Fundament. evig geht von der Kreislaufwirtschaft einen Schritt weiter — zum **Zugang zu Intelligenz für alle**. Das ist die Roadmap:
+
+- **Bezahlbare KI auf bescheidener Hardware.** Ein aufbereiteter Laptop ist nicht nur die grünere Wahl, sondern die günstigste Auffahrt zur künstlichen Intelligenz, die es gibt. Wir erforschen und zeigen, wie fähige KI auf Second-Life-Geräten läuft.
+- **Robotik als nächster Schritt.** Verkörperte Intelligenz — Roboter, die echte Arbeit aus einem Leben nehmen und Zeit zurückgeben. Humanoide werden heute kaum neu verkauft und noch gar nicht gebraucht; evig will der erste Ort sein, der sie richtig anbietet: vollständig, geprüft, für einen echten Zweck belegt — und mit dem Wissen, sie zu nutzen.
+- **Neue Wege, sich Intelligenz zu leisten.** Neben dem direkten Kauf: Subscription-Crowdfunding und gemeinschaftliche Finanzierung, geteilte Abo-Pools (die laufenden Kosten von KI teilen statt allein tragen), direkte Unterstützung ohne Zwischenhändler.

+Das ist der Unterschied zwischen «gut genug, wie es war» und «so weit, wie es gehen kann». Ich habe das Fundament gebaut, weil ich diesen Weg gehen will — schnell, eigenständig und über Zürich hinaus.

+## Fazit
+
+Wo drei Alt-Systeme nebeneinanderher liefen und Daten von Hand über die Gräben getragen wurden, steht heute eine zusammenhängende, automatisierte Plattform. Sie war da, funktionierend und überprüfbar. Revamp-IT hat sich für den bekannten Weg entschieden — das ist ihr gutes Recht, und die Arbeit, die sie seit 2003 leisten, bleibt wertvoll. Ich habe mich für den anderen entschieden: alles zu vereinen, so viel wie möglich zu automatisieren und das Fundament auf das Zeitalter der Intelligenz auszurichten.
