Add link to the oracle explorer if the oracle exists on it #67
Somewhat related to #64
It would be nice to have a hyperlink out to the oracle used for a DLC somewhere if it exists on the SB explorer. I'm not sure what to do in the case that it doesn't exist. This is the oracle in my case.
