Consider switch to using `query!` macro

The [`query!`](https://docs.rs/sqlx/latest/sqlx/macro.query.html) macro can be used to check query correctness at compile time. Note: since it requires an active database connection, consider also generating a `.sqlx` file for use in [offline mode](https://github.com/launchbadge/sqlx/tree/main/sqlx-cli#enable-building-in-offline-mode-with-query).
