make calendars sortable

I have multiple calendars configured, currently they are sorted in the order they were set up originally. So they will also be synced in this order.
Now one of my calendars sometimes needs its address changed, so it has to be set up completely new and lands at the end. Unfortunately, that’s a calendar which I sometimes have to manually sync to get an update right away, and also other calendars in my list take quite long to sync. So I really want to sort this one back to the top to not have to wait for it all the time without having to reconfigure all other calendars as well.
